Freezing cold weather is coming soon and the city is pulling an emergency shelter together from Sunday February 20 through Thursday morning (Feb 24). The shelter will be in Pioneer Hall on Winburn way. Shelter opens at 5 pm, each evening. Shelter closes at 9 am each morning. Pets and children are welcome.
