Hurricane Matthew slammed into the southwest coast of Haiti yesterday, packing 145-mph winds and destroying houses and other buildings, crops, roads, bridges.
For the past few weeks, RVUUF members and friends were encouraged to collect coins and change during their meals to benefit the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) program called “Guest at Your Table.” Money collected will go to the UUSC and its work for human rights around the world.
