Beginning in October, the LGBT Elders and Allies Potluck Luncheon will be held in Emerson House, rather than under the balcony of RVUUF’s Great Hall. The potluck luncheon takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.
The weekly Buddhist Meditation Group will not meet at Emerson House on Thursday, Aug. 20, but at the upper duck pond in Lithia Park. The group will meet from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Bring a lawn chair or cushion.
The third-Sunday offertory for August has been moved to the fourth Sunday, Aug. 23. The recipient of RVUUF’s special offering will be the Daedalus Project, an annual event that raises funds for HIV/AIDS organizations.
